What's happening? It's Lee Hayward here and you may recall a couple weeks ago I told you about a new program that I'm in the process of putting together...
Upper / Lower Body Rotational Split Routine.
With this program you'll train upper body during one workout, and lower body during the next workout. And with each rotation through you perform different exercises for each muscle group.
In the video below you'll get the second workout of the program - Lower Body - 2A.
Over the next couple weeks I'm going to be making videos of all the workouts in the Upper / Lower Body Rotational Split Routine and posting them up as a new Playlist Workout Series on the Total Fitness Bodybuilding YouTube Channel.
