Today I've got a killer total body routine for you, this one is an Explosive Strength Training Workout that I did while visiting my good friends at The Critical Bench Compound.
During this workout we did the following exercises...
Rowing Machine - 2 sets of 2:30 minutes
Hammer Curls - 2 sets of 10 reps
Dumbbell Floor Press with Resistance Band - 2 sets of 10 reps
Wood Chops Cable Rotation - 2 sets of 10 reps
Trap Bar Deadlifts - 2 sets of 10 reps
3 Board Bench Press - 2 sets of 5-5-5 reps
Jump Rope - 2 sets of 100 reps
Tire Sledge Hammer Slams - 2 sets of 10 reps
Farmers Carry - 2 laps up and down
TRX Bodyweight Rows - 2 sets of 10+ reps
This workout has a lot of emphasis on building explosive strength - especially with the sledge hammer tire slams!
