Have you ever wasted precious time trying to calculate out the "Perfect Diet Plan" with all your calories and macros added up to the gram?

Have you ever pre-planned your entire workout routine down to the exact exercise, weight, set, and rep that you'll do in the gym?

I've spent countless hours over the last 30 years that I've been working out with a pen, paper, and a calculator adding up all the numbers - trying to come up with the "Perfect Program" that was going to get me ripped and jacked... And I still see guys doing the same thing all the time.

While I appreciate the effort... That's NOT what's going to determine your success or failure with reaching your fitness goals.

Anyone can stick to a plan when everything is going well... But how long is everything going to go well? What do you do when the sh!t hits the fan?

What good is having the perfect gym routine, if the gym gets shut down due to another covid lockdown?

What good is knowing your calories and macros when you're standing in line at the ALL-U-CAN-EAT buffet?

Or if you're under a ton of stress from work, family, finances, or whatever crap life throws your way?

Your success or failure is not about having the perfect diet plan, with calculated macros, calories, and precise portions...

It's not about having the latest workout program with the exact exercises and a scientifically proven set and rep pattern for maximum hypertrophy based on the results of a 6 week study done on a half dozen college freshman...

Whether or not you actually reach your fitness and fat loss goals over the long term all comes down to YOU making the best of your current situation. It's about how well you handle the sh!t life throws at you.

Striving for perfection is the enemy of progress...

Sometimes it's just about being "GOOD ENOUGH" - but good enough consistently.

That's where real progress is made!
