Is There Any Point To Working Out if You Have A Poor Diet?

Hey Friend,

It's your muscle building coach Lee Hayward here and just the other day I got a question from one of my subscribers asking about following a bodybuilding workout program while eating a poor diet.

Now I know a lot of the "hardcore bodybuilders" would probably be very negative about this and say that there's no point to working out if you don't have a good diet, and that you are wasting your time, etc.

In the bodybuilding world you'll hear phrases like:

...80% of your gains in the gym come from your diet.

...you can't out train a bad diet.

...abs are made in the kitchen.

...Etc...


While there is some truth to this, it doesn't mean that working out in and of itself is totally useless.

In my most recent YouTube video I cover the benefits of working out, even if you have a poor diet, and how you can use this to help move yourself closer towards your bodybuilding and fitness goals.
