to give you some background, Craig was no stranger to the gym. He had
been working out 'On' and 'Off' for the past 20 years.
He grew up
reading all the bodybuilding magazines, bought numerous workout programs
over the years, tried all the mainstream cutting diets (i.e. keto,
intermittent fasting, etc.)
However,
despite all this, Craig still struggled to get the lean muscular body he
wanted and he was never able to see his abs - no matter how low he cut
his calories.
Craig
thought he "knew what to do" because he had been around the fitness
scene for 20 years, but just could not get results, and in frustration
