I certainly will :-)Now taking short break from weight training every few months can actually help you make better gains. The extra rest time will give your muscles, joints, tendons, and ligaments a chance to fully rest and recover.
But if those few days off from the gym end up turning into a few weeks off
(or more) then you're going to start to back track with your workouts.
