Whenever you wear a short sleeve shirt your arms are on display and
people are looking.
First impressions say a lot and people are unconsciously judging you by your arm development:
- If your arms are "Skinny" you look small and weak.
- If your arms are "Flabby" you look fat and out of shape.
- In either case you WON'T get the respect you deserve!
Now I'll be the first to admit that I wasn't genetically gifted when it comes to building big muscular arms. Ever since I started weight training as a teenager my arm development has lagged behind the rest of my body.
Because of this I've been forced to look outside the box for unique methods to train and stimulate growth in my stubborn "spaghetti noodle" arms.
One of my personal favorite arm workouts that I've found to deliver consistent results every time is the
Positions Of Flexion stye of training.
This basically means that you break down your exercises to stimulate the muscles through all the different ranges of motion...
Mid Range, Fully Stretched, and
Peak Contraction. And to show you an example of a Full P-O-F Style Arm Workout, I've just uploaded a brand new training video to YouTube showing set for set how you can implement this style of training in your own workouts.
