Back when I started training in the 1990's there was no such a thing as a pre-workout, but these days you can't go into a gym without seeing guys slugging back energy drinks, powders, and stimulants that will get you buzzed, wired, jacked, and just blow your freakin mind - sometimes leaving them too jittery and hyped up to even stand still.
