Can't resist the chips... the cookies... the ice cream?
In the best of times it's hard to turn down junk food - but with our current situation it's even harder to say no to the junk food...
Since covid-19 hit - junk food sales are up over 50% from this time last year, alcohol sales are up over 55%, Netflix and internet usage are at all time highs - that's a nasty combination for binge eating, stress drinking, and getting fat!
When it comes to stopping binge eating, most people do the complete opposite of what they should do - that's why they keep relapsing, going back to their old habits, and end up eating even more in frustration :-(
