Even if you've been out of the loop and haven't exercised in a

It's fun, interactive, and a
great way to stay in shape while you're stuck at home.
These workouts are all done using minimal exercise equipment, mostly body weight moves along with simple things like dumbbells or resistance bands, that you can easily pick up at any department store or order off Amazon.
The great thing about doing exercise at home like this is you can go at your own pace, no one's going
to judge you, you don't need to worry about looking like a fool - because you're in the comfort of your own home...
But you will be taking pro-active steps to improve your
health, mindset, and physical fitness.
The best part is you'll feel so much better about
yourself afterwards. A daily workout is a daily victory, it's an accomplishment that you can feel proud about doing!
