Hey Friend,

It's your muscle building coach Lee Hayward here and I'm in the process of burning the mid-night oil... it's just past 12:00 am as I'm writing this e-mail.

My sleep patterns have been all over the place since little Harvey was born. At this stage he is just going through a non-stop cycle of sleeping for a couple hours, then waking up wanting to feed, get his diaper changed, etc. and then sleep again for another couple hours before repeating the process.

If you are a parent yourself, than I'm sure you know all to well what it's like ;-)

Over the past couple weeks I haven't slept for more than 2 hours in a row. It's during his little 2 hour naps that I try to get my work and chores done, as well as get some sleep for myself.

Trying to stick with a normal workout schedule lately has been a struggle, but I'm still managing, even if it means training at odd hours. My most recent workout was done in the wee hours of the morning at my local gym.

Mass Building Leg Workout - I've got the gym to myself :-)

Thankfully, I live close to a 24 hour gym and I had the entire gym to myself for a killer leg workout.

For this leg workout I started with the most difficult exercise variation first, and then as the workout progressed I moved into easier exercise variations. This worked really well, allowing me to get a good muscle pumping leg workout, while running on limited energy reserves.
