When it comes to weight training, squats are undoubtedly one of the hardest exercises you can do.

And while squats are very productive, they aren't for everyone...

Some people just can't squat for any number of reasons...
Could because of back problems, knee problems, mobility issues, or just not having access to a proper squat rack...

But that doesn't mean you can't build big muscular legs. I just posted up a full "NO Squat Leg Workout" that you can check out here.

This workout is a continuation to the Upper Body / Lower Body Rotational
Split Routine series that I've been putting together for you on YouTube.
Even for guys like myself, who regularly perform barbell squats, it's nice to be able to train legs every now and then without loading the spine with a heavy barbell.
