This is the time of year when most people begin to gain fat at alarming rates!
Every year over the "holiday season" the average person is going to gain an additional 10+ pounds of bodyfat between now and New Years.
But thankfully it doesn't have to be that way, and it doesn't require giving up your favorite foods, working out like a madman, or avoiding holiday meals and family get togethers either.
The old school extreme "ALL or NOTHING" approach and suffering out another extreme low calorie / low carb diet is not enjoyable nor sustainable and the results never last long term.
Trust me I've been there and done that and have Yo-Yo'd up in down in weight more times than I care to admit...
