I feel that the main reason for this is because we have access to so much information these days. With a few clicks of a mouse you'll get thousands of websites, videos, and social media posts all telling you the "Best" program to follow.
Now don't get me wrong, there is a lot of good quality bodybuilding
information online. But there is also a lot of BS and hype from folks who
think they know more than they actually do.
I feel fortunate that I started my bodybuilding journey back in 1990
before the days of the Internet. Because of this I was able to study from coaches and mentors who actually spent their time helping people get real results, rather than getting caught up bickering back and forth in online social media debates.
The ironic thing you'll find these days when reading comments and posts on social media is that those who "talk the most, generally know the least". |
