If you are a tall guy (i.e. over 6 feet tall) than you probably have a bit of a challenge when it comes to doing bench presses and squats.  Longer arms and and legs put you at a disadvantage leverage wise when it comes to pressing exercises.

But there is a way you can overcome this challenge and still perform benches and squats without over stretching yourself.
