| Hey Friend,
It's no secret that the 3 basic powerlifts - bench, squat and deadlift - are critical moves to include in your workouts for building muscular size and strength.
However, for taller guys (i.e. over 6 feet tall) it can be harder to perform these lifts with a full range of motion. Longer arms and and legs put you at a disadvantage leverage wise, especially when it comes to pressing exercises.
But there is a way you can overcome this challenge and still perform the 3 powerlifts so that you can reap the results without over stretching yourself and risking injury.
