do you convert that number into how much weight you can lift with a
dumbbell bench press?
Or vice versa, how can you figure out your barbell bench weight
based on how much weight you can lift with dumbbells?
Unfortunately, there is no simple cut and dried answer or mathematical formula that you can plug your numbers into and get an exact conversion calculation for barbell vs. dumbbell bench press.
