This month I've joined up to a new gym that opened up just a few minutes up the road from where I live. It's literally been 6 months since I trained at a public gym. All summer long I've been working out in my home gym, which has been great, but it's nice to have a change of scenery and some new equipment to play with.

In this back workout video you're going to get a complete back routine for building size and thickness. The workout starts off with a big basic compound move and then goes into some assistance exercises to isolate and target all areas of the back.
