Subject: BULKING is just as hard as CUTTING... (if not harder)

Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding
Hey Friend,

Most of the information that's published about diet & exercise is focused solely on losing weight and getting leaner (i.e. cutting).

From a practical point of view this makes sense, especially when you consider that 2/3's of the adult population in America is overweight.

But there are a lot of skinny guys who struggle with the complete opposite problem. For them the issue isn't how to lose weight, but rather how to GAIN WEIGHT.

I was in this situation when I was younger, it was my desire to "Bulk Up" and fill out my skinny frame that got me interested in bodybuilding in the first place.

You can see my early personal bodybuilding transformation below...
Before I started working out I weighed a skinny 135 pounds and would often get picked on a bullied in school. This is what started the fire inside of me to hit the weights and workout.

However, bulking up and building muscle isn't as simple as just "working out". If it were then every skinny kid who ever touched a weight would look like Arnold Schwarzenegger, but we both know that's not the case.

Gaining muscular bodyweight is just as hard for a skinny guy, as losing weight is for a fat guy... If not harder!

I personally struggled to build muscle for several years before I finally got mentored by some "old-school" competitive bodybuilders who showed me how to follow a structured bulking program that combined a
well balanced high calorie diet, a progressive muscle building weight training program, followed up with proper rest and recovery.

Once I had all the elements of a proper bulking program in place, the gains came consistently, granted they were "slow gains". But you have to realize that slow consistent gains will add up to significant muscle building results over the long term!

Friend, if you are struggling to pack on muscular bodyweight, then I have some good news for you b
ecause I've just added a brand new program to the Total Fitness Bodybuilding "Inner Circle" members website called:
