Lee, How Do I Motivate Myself To Go To The Gym and Workout?

This question was submitted during one of our LIVE Total Fitness Bodybuilding Video Q & A's and it's a good one that I'm sure a lot of people can relate to.
I wanted to make a separate video dedicated to covering how to motivate yourself to workout without feeling stressed or anxious about the process.
One thing that I respect about the person who asked this question is how he was honest and right to the point.
Most people mask their procrastination, lack of motivation, and laziness as:
"I don't have time to go to the gym".
When deep down you and I both know that everyone has 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, it's one of the very few things in this world that is truly equal for everyone... We have all the time there is!
But he didn't use time as an excuse, he just came right out and said it was lack of motivation and feeling lazy that's preventing him from going to the gym... Kudos for the honesty, that's the first step in the right direction!
The next step is to forgive yourself for past mistakes and give yourself permission to "START AGAIN" on a clean slate.
Let go of any expectations of what you used to do in the past and focus on what you can do moving forward right now - TODAY.
