Drinking alcohol is a well-established part of human culture. It's at the center of practically every social gathering. Alcohol is by far the most acceptable feel good drug in the world. In fact, you're in the minority if you don't drink alcohol.

But even though alcohol consumption is wide spread and socially acceptable, it doesn't make the side effects any less harmful. There are countless studies showing the deleterious effects of drinking alcohol - mental impairment, liver oxidative stress, toxicity, and a big negative effect from a bodybuilding and fitness point of view is gaining excess bodyfat.

And even through we can't cancel out the negative side effects of alcohol, there are ways to minimize the damage done. And that's what you'll find out in the link below.

I've put together a quick YouTube video sharing some simple tips that you can use to still enjoy a social drink with your friends, without having it cause excess fat gain around the belly.
