You see one of the biggest mistakes that guys make when following a fat loss cutting program is thinking that they can rely on will power and suffer it out to lose the fat and get ripped.
And while you can achieve some short term results with an extreme hardcore cutting approach, it will never last long term.
Everyone has a limit to their will power and how much suffering they can take before they eventually say:
"F#@k it, I can't stand feeling hungry all the time" ...and then start binge eating!
The most important thing to consider when planning a fat loss meal plan is making sure it satisfies your appetite - or at the very least - doesn't make you feel miserable...
Because if you don't enjoy the way you eat - you won't be able to stick to it over the long term and get the results you want.
