Even further, ask any child to "flex a muscle", and chances are they are going to throw up some type of biceps pose.
But for many guys building bigger arms is a constant struggle. Why is it that so many men struggle to gain size on their spaghetti noodle thin arms?
- Are they doing the wrong exercises?
- Are they using poor form and trying to lift too much weight?
- Are they avoiding movements that will actually stimulate growth?
- Or are they just not paying attention to rest, recovery, and nutrition?
