Back in February I was down in
Florida working out and doing some video collaborations with the
guys at the Critical Bench Compound.
And while I was there I met up with
North American Muay Thai Kickboxing Champion - Mike Zhang.
Now if you've never heard of Mike before, he's in top shape with ripped six-pack abs year
round. The guy is very humble, but he can fight - in his 20+ kickboxing matches he has won 16 of them, including the national championships, which is pretty darn impressive!
Mike and I really hit it off and he took me through a full
"Kickboxer Ab Workout" using some unique abdominal exercises that I've
never done before.
Like I mentioned, this particular workout is only 4 minutes
long, but it was a brutal 4 minutes and I was huffing, puffing, and my
abs were burning at the end.
