It's your muscle building coach Lee Hayward, and today I'm writing to you from San Diego, California. I'm here attending a business training seminar and my schedule is blocked full. But regardless of how busy things, I'm making it a priority to workout everyday!

What I've been doing is getting up extra early and hitting the gym each morning before breakfast. This way I'm making sure my workout is done before anything else gets in my way.

For those of you who are really busy and find it hard to make time for the gym, early morning workouts can be the way to go. When you start your day with a workout there is no way that you can get distracted and skip it later on.

Today's workout consisted of 4 Compound Exercises for Upper Body Mass.

- A Horizontal Pushing Exercise (bench press)
- A Horizontal Pulling Exercise (bent over row)
- A Vertical Pushing Exercise (military press)
- A Vertical Pulling Exercise (pull up)

These 4 moves will work virtually every muscle in your upper body.
