A lot of them look like Spartans from the movie 300.
...minus the photo-shop abs of course LOL

If you are interested in looking as good as them, while adding some variety to your workouts, then below you'll find 10 killer conditioning exercises that you can perform as a bodyweight circuit routine.

I got these from Pro Mixed Martial Arts Trainer Funk Roberts.
Do 3 total rounds.

Do eat exercise for 30 seconds (beginner), 45 seconds (intermediate) and 60 seconds (advanced).

Take 15 seconds rest then move on to the next exercise.

Take 90 seconds of rest in between each round.

Trust me this is a brutal conditioning workout!
