Hi Friend,
The other day I gave you a link to a guide giving exact pointers on in hopes of making it clear about what the heck is going on when a woman says to her guy, "you're not listening".
The thing about all of this communication stuff to keep in mind ...
... is that no one aspect of communication stands on it's own.
Any one piece is connected to another piece, which impacts the quality of the whole interaction. It reminds me of the lyrics to that cute little childhood song, "The toe bone's connected to
the foot bone,
The foot bone's connected to the ankle bone,
The ankle bone's connected to the leg bone,
Now shake dem skeleton bones."
So, while a woman wants her man to listen ...
... she often doesn't realize that how she talks to him actually affects his ability to hear her.
To get clarity on what I'm talking about, go get the guide:
Now ... I've been practicing with couples for almost fifteen years and I know how it goes.
I realize that how it might
be occurring for you is much more complicated than a few simple guides can address.
It might be getting quite "messy" ... painful even, as the personal resentments have been stacking up but what you have to remember is that it all starts somewhere...
...this result just doesn't show up "out of the blue".
I'll be saying more about that in my next email so watch your inbox.
In the meantime, click the links above and go read those guides.
