Next week we are moving into our new high end collaborative creative 'hub' in the Como Centre, South Yarra (previously Napoleon Perdis). It is a glamorous and freshly renovated Creative / Beauty / Fashion / Art / Media / Event / Photography / Meeting Hub and Training space. A collaboration of Melbourne’s best and upcoming artists, designers, beauty and fashion brands are coming together as a ‘living fashion magazine’ in the South Yarra precinct. We are looking for others in the art, beauty, fashion, photography and makeup field to join our exciting new collaborate creative space! We have the following spaces available to sublease on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis:- Art Gallery (for artists / designers / installations / functions / events).
- 3 x Beauty Rooms (for botox, waxing, spray tanning, beautician, teeth whitening, massage, facials etc).
- A computer room with 11 hot desks (to sublease as a whole room only) (for computer training or graphic design workshops).
- 3 different studio spaces (for photography / videography / film / media / TV) 2 with an abundance of natural light and photographic equipment available if required.
- Large & small training / board / meeting room (for corporates, trainers, coaches).
- Beautiful glass display cases (with lighting) (for jewellery / small home wares / small art pieces).
- 2 makeup & hair chairs (for suit freelance makeup artists / hairstylists).
