This week, we've launched our first giveaway at bjjvideovault.com. You can win some cool prizes like a Scramble Towel as well as Armbar Soap. Both of these prizes are specially designed for BJJ practitioners and are to keep to hygienic and clean after rolling on the mat for hours. They should help reduce infections and other nasties. If you haven't seen the giveaway page yet, visit AABBCC for all the details. And enter as many times as you like as there are no restrictions on the number of entries.
We have a few other giveaways planned and some much larger ones coming up including supplements and other items to support your training. More detail on those giveaways to come in future newsletters. In the mean time, here are the top videos of the week as voted by you.
Visit the website at BJJ Video Vault for more videos.
Thanks and enjoy your week... Steven (BJJ Video Vault Senior Editor)

That’s where this video comes in very handy. This is a video where Jason Scully demonstrates over 30 BJJ drills you can do on your own. These drills will really help improve your game and will help with other aspects such as flexibility.
