| | | Ever wanted to learn a transition technique you can use to submit your opponent from the hip toss position? This is a great one. Go from a full hip toss to an armbar.
The best thing about these types of techniques is that they are offensive techniques which means you are attacking. In many instances using an attacking brand of BJJ is the difference between winning and losing in competition.
