In this installment of our newsletter, we provide you with 2 videos from a 6 x IBJJF Double Gold Medalist Keenan Cornelius. Keenan is a top competitor on the BJJ circuit today and he only started releasing instructional videos online in the past week or so and we've been able to pick them up.

If you are a fan of competitive Jiu Jitsu, you've probably heard of Keenan Cornelius. He won his weight class and the open division at every major IBJJF tournament in 2012 and he has become, without question, the most dominant brown belt in history. He basically doesn't lose.
The funny thing about Keenan however is that he wasn't always this dominant. In fact up until 2012 (his sixth year of competition) he hadn't won much at all at the big tournaments. Then something happened: He started winning those matches he used to lose and hitting those techniques he used to miss. The changes he made in his technique weren't huge actually, They were big doors swing on small hinges.
In this video Keenan shares with you one specific change that has made all the difference in the world. It is his favorite choke from the back. It has upped his submission percentage tremendously and it's pretty awesome.
