Workout For BJJ Strength
Doing effective strength and conditioning for BJJ is not the same as any old strength and conditioning for other martial art forms or general sports. In this video, Renato Tavares who is a Black Belt under Carlson Gracie (and he is also a leading competitor for American Top Team – ATT) runs through the workout he does, especially when he is preparing for competition or some tough up coming mat sessions.

Transition To Armbar
Being underneath your opponent in side control is not great and you obviously will want to improve your position. But how about a technique that get’s you a sweep, with wrist control and then a quick transition to Armbar. If you want to learn this technique, then watch the video.
