Learn 3 x Omoplata Finishing Techniques | |
|
It’s time again to watch and learn from Keenan Cornelius! Today’s FREE video is packed with content: It’s Keenan’s series for finishing the Omaplata, a move that is rarely finished in high level competition. In this video he shows 3 variations which have made all the difference for him.
As you know, up until 2012 Keenan had a fairly mediocre career – certainly in big tournaments. Since the start of last year however he has rarely lost – amassing a record of 230 wins and 1 loss (which was avenged) as of this writing. The key has been the emphasis on details and finishing the moves he used to miss.
To get access to this private instructional video, you just need to enter your email address. We are also told that once more free videos are released, you will be notified directly via email as well. If not, we will inform you in our newsletters :-) You can watch the free video by clicking the button below. |
