In my 'special' book, I believe that the weekend should be 5 days long (or more)!
I used to hate Mondays.
Absolutely hated them!
I used to spend the weekend dreading Monday Mornings, (can you relate)?
But no more!
How?
I found a good system✔️ and plugged in, followed the training and just kept being consistent!
Just doing some daily IPA's.
I clicked on some guy on You Tube's link and just naively followed the directions from this guy named David...
