I think the whole make money while you sleep thing has been abused a lot lately.

Well the truth of the matter is you can.
But in our world of MMO...
It's the result of getting paid for work that we have done already.
Meaning like for the marketing work we did yesterday and the day before resulting in waking up to commission notifications.
I still get paid for marketing stuff that I put out on the internet years ago.
