In Canada and the States there seems to be more employees

than jobs nowadays.

And employers are getting mighty picky!

If someone looks good on paper (more than you), they will

choose that person over your application.

And if you are over 40....forget about it!

Because Ageism is alive and well on the planet.

Company recruiters are secretly disqualifying applications if

they think you are too old for them and favor the young blood.

If you have a good job right now then good for you but don't waste

any more time to create a backup plan.

Well the good news is you can still create your own economy here.
