If you have a job right now, then good for you.

But what happens when you get over 40 and have

to find another one?

Did you know that most employers will ghost your

job application if they think your too old for them?

Even if they are over 50?

Most employers will hire young blood even if they are far

less qualified than you just because they are younger and

can offer them more returns in the long run.

That's good for employers but sucks for anyone

over 40 who is looking for a new job or career.

Not saying that it can't happen for you, just saying

that you will now have to compete against all the younguns.

Why not start creating your 'own' paycheck?
