Bio Basic’s High-Taq DNA Polymerase is a chemical-mediated Hot Start Taq DNA polymerase, which is thermostable DNA polymerase from thermus aquaticus. This recombinant Taq DNA polymerase is inactive at room temperature avoiding extension of non-specifically annealed primers or primer-dimers and providing higher specificity of DNA amplifiction, and its functional activity of the enzyme is restored during 15-minute incubation at 95°C. |
