Superresoluving spectrometer from UW |
Michal Parniak and Michal Lipka from the University of Warsaw have developed a super-resolution spectrometer for short pulses of light, inspired by the principles of quantum physics. Their innovation makes use of super-resolution techniques, enabling accurate discrimination of closely spaced spectroscopic lines, exceeding traditional limitations. The spectrometer's architecture allows it to be miniaturized on a photonic chip, opening up new application perspectives. (Grahics: Candela / CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.) |
