And I was STILL on a diet...
It's called The Big Milwaukee...a food challenge created by a local burger restaurant.
It's huge...8 half-pound burger patties, stacked with multiple buns, fried cheese curds, bacon, melted cheese, and all the trimmings....probably about 8,000 calories all told.
Here's what it looked like...
They give you 30 minutes to eat it...which I totally did and won a free T-shirt (put the last bite in my mouth at 29:59, for real).
So what the heck diet was I on that I could eat THAT...and still stay lean like THIS...
While still being strong enough to do crazy stuff like this...
I call it The Starting Monday Diet...
And it's literally the BEST diet I've ever been on.
If you've ever found yourself blowing your diet on the weekends, feeling guilty then vowing to "start Monday," this is the PERFECT diet for you.
It will allow you to lose fat while keeping ALL your muscle, strength and athletic performance.
