Honestly, I can't even tell you how
many emails I get on a
regular basis telling me how much people love my crazy
exercises and training techniques.
And let me just say, keep it coming...it only encourages me... ;)
So with that in mind, what I've got for you here today is crazy.
It's
an Antagonist Superset of In-Set Supersets for back and chest.
It sounds complicated but
once you see it in action and see how
it's broken down, it's really not so hard to figure out.
It requires only very simple equipment
(pulldown machine or
high pulley and a bench and a couple of dumbells) and it will
carve CRAZY defnition into your back and chest.
