It's a one arm dumbell row done while supporting yourself on one hand with your feet hooked over a high bar...GREAT for the upper back and supporting muscles of the spine and neck and shoulders. Crazy? Yes. Effective? Ridiculously so... But honestly, when it comes to crazy, even I would still put my money on Vince Gironda.
