Subject: Weird leg-raise trick that tightens up the lower abs like a vacuum...

This variation of the leg raise targets the lower abdominal area in a different fashion than standard leg raises...

You'll be "pulling" the abs up and in rather than simply flexing at the hips.

I find this really teaches the lower abs to pull IN, which is what helps tighten that whole area up.

Normal leg raises can't do this.
