There's more to training than just hitting the weights (yeah, I said it... ;)
Having the power and athleticism to actually MOVE your body is incredibly rewarding and extremely important.
I've got a great resource here from my friend and colleague, Jen Sinkler, called "Lightning and Thunder" and it's going to help you regain the speed, agility and quickness that you thought you lost.
And yes, you CAN train to get it back.
This is a high-quality program...it has workouts for complete beginners all the way to advanced trainers and athletes.
I don't put out a lot of "athletic" training info myself these days but I grew up playing a ton of different sports that demanded quickness, agility and power, and I know how important that aspect of training is...it's actually something I've started working back into my own training recently.
If you're interested in regaining some of your "lost" athleticism, I would HIGHLY recommend you pick up a copy of this "Lightning and Thunder" program. It's good stuff.
