Subject: Want to train at home for fat loss with FOLLOW ALONG workouts?...read this...

Hey, just got something really quick for you here before I go shovel
some snow (weatherman said 3 to 6 inches total...crushed that in
the first hour...love to have a job where you can be wrong all the
time and still get paid :).

Anyway, this is a great new set of "at home" bodyweight fat-loss
workouts from my friend and colleague Craig Ballantyne (of
Turbulence Training fame).

It's called "Home Workout Revolution" and it's VERY good stuff.

I was actually talking with him about it when we were both down
in Tampa for a Super Bowl party and was really impressed with
what he had done with it, specifically creating FOLLOW ALONG
workouts.


All 51 of the workouts included in the program are presented like
that. If you've ever had a tough time deciphering what to do with
a program, that's history.

You can learn more about it on his site but bottom line, it's an
EXCELLENT program. If you want to train at home to lose fat, you
can't go wrong with it.
