If you're advanced and want to truly MASTER the pull-up, you will absolutely LOVE the quality of information you're going to get. I've been at this for more than 28 years and I learned a LOT from this book.
The Bottom Line
Meghan is a high-level coach and athlete. She has SERIOUS knowledge when it comes training and improving the pull-up. This program is PACKED with that knowledge.
This kind of in-depth, effective instruction doesn't come around very often, especially at half price.
