Yep, it's an even better bicep-builder than chin-ups...
Wait...how can it be better than chins?
Easy...because it actually IS a chin-up...just done in a very specific way that focuses almost ALL the load directly onto your biceps.
You will hate me for this one...which is why I named it after myself (the Nilsson Curl)...
If you want to build big biceps, USE THIS EXERCISE (I also included a modification to make it a bit easier, in case you can't yet do full reps of it).
