The In-Set Superset is one of my all-time favorite techniques for building muscle mass...and I've been training 25 years!
Honestly...they're that good.
With this form of training, you're doing TWO different exercises, alternating reps of each one in one continuous set.
The key is that both of those exercises have to share either a starting or ending position so that you can transition smoothly between the two on each rep.
You'll be hitting different movement patterns and different angles of pull on the target muscles with no gap in tension, which results in a MASSIVE pump in that target muscle.

Just reading this got me so whipped up, I'm going to head down to my basement gym and bust out a full workout of these right now...haven't used them in awhile and they're just ridiculously effective.
