Subject: Vegetarian meal plans are a crock of...

...nice, tasty split-pea soup...

Well, what did you think I was going to say! :)

Seriously though, vegetarians sometimes get a bad
rap when it comes to training - a lot of people
have the opinion that you can't get enough quality
protein and calories to really build muscle or to
preserve muscle mass when losing fat.

That's not actually true, but you DO have to know
what you're doing when it comes to nutrition and
"veggie" eating. I mean, just taking the meat out
of a standard crappy diet isn't really the best
way to go about calling yourself a vegetarian :)

[Newsflash, french fries are quite often fried in
animal fat...though Animal Crackers are a bit of a
grey area...]

Now, I'll be the first to admit that vegetarian
eating is not for me - I like a big juicy steak
just WAY too much. Granted, vegetarian eating has
plenty of benefits and vegetarians (those who know
what they're doing, at least!) tend to be a
healthy group of people.

But I WERE to go vegetarian, I have no doubt that
I would benefit from meal plans prepared by a
vegetarian nutritionist. In fact, that's exactly
what I WOULD do because I really DON'T have the
specific knowledge required to stay healthy and
maintain strength and energy on a totally
veggie-based diet.

So here's what I've got for you...

Kardena Pauza (vegetarian nutritionist) and Craig
Ballantyne (of Turbulence Training fame) have
teamed up on a vegetarian meal plan program that,
if you're interested in veggie eating, is
something I would highly recommend you grab while
they've got on a half-price launch sale.

I've got a copy of the program and the meal plans
and it looks quite good. Very thorough and from
what I can see, very nutritionally complete.
They've included a pile of bonuses in with the
program as well.

I'll let them list all the benefits of it for you
on their web page:

They've also put together some "fast action"
bonuses for everybody who gets a copy in the next
few days (Thursday at midnight I think is when
they've kicking the price up and taking down the
extra bonuses).

Here's a list of the stuff they're throwing in:

Fast Action Bonus #1) The Awesome "Defend Your
Diet" Coaching Call

This call between Kardena Pauza and Craig
Ballantyne will help you answer all your Veggie
Meal Plan critics and avoid confrontation and peer

insensitive people.)
