Honestly, there's nothing wrong with wanting to focus your training on building up your upper body while simply maintaining your lower body.
There's no law or rule that says you HAVE to hit your legs with gut-wrenching intensity all the time.
You literally CAN do whatever you want in the gym and can focus on whatever you really want to accomplish....
...and that could be a greater focus on building up your upper body.
That's what THIS program is all about...and coincidentally enough, it's called "Upper Body Muscle"
It was put together by my friend and colleague, Jason Maxwell (his specialty is DUP, or Daily Undulating Periodization...a highly effective framework for building strength and muscle).
The goal with this program is developing the muscles of the upper body with very specific, strategic training (using DUP protocols), while maintaining your leg strength and mass.
Now that summer is on the doorstep, this is a great opportunity to work on those "beach" muscles and make some fast progress by narrowing your focus.
